How to Configure Mail  in Mac OSX 10.4

1) Open Mail. Click on Preferences and then Accounts.
2)

Enter your full name and email address.

 

3) Enter "pop.brmemc.net" in the Incoming Mail Server box.
4) Select "POP" in the Account Type dropdown box.
5) Enter your User Name and Password
6) Enter "smtp.brmemc.net" in the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) box. and click "OK."
7) Some versions of Mail require SMTP authentication to be able to send messages. To enable this, click "Server Settings."
8) Click "Password" in the Authentication dropdown.
9) Enter User Name and Password and click "OK."
