Upon expiration, this Agreement will continue month to month until it is cancelled by either party. If you do not honor this term, then you will be liable for an early cancellation fee of $250 for a 2 year agreement. Any change in service requires a completed Service Change Request. Equipment is new or a fully inspected, tested and warranted return unit. Equipment provided with the two-year commitment offer will vary by location. BRMEMC will maintain ownership of fiber equipment for maintenance and troubleshooting. Data Services provided by BRMEMC.net with use of BRMEMC fiber. Acceptance of BRMEMC.net Terms of Service required. Please refer to our TERMS AND CONDITIONS for additional information regarding this agreement. Internet charges begin on BRMEMC work order complete date. Maximum fiber drop is 200ft – additional footages billed at $1 per ft. Installation is to outside NID near electric meter base. Customer is responsible for internal network wiring & equipment.
